CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We hope you love your Blingsting. If not, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The sealed package must be unopened. Due to the nature of the rhinestone artwork, we cannot accept returns for a small amount of crystals that fall off due to normal wear and tear. If you need to initiate a return, please email us at info@blingsting.com and we’ll get it going.
WHY CAN'T YOU FULFILL MY PEPPER SPRAY OR STUN GUN ORDER?
Unfortunately, state laws determine how we can ship orders of pepper spray and stun guns.
We cannot ship stun guns to CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, RI, WI or pepper spray to NY, DC, MA, HI, AK due to state laws. Please choose an alternate address at checkout, or these items will be automatically removed from your order.
CAN I GET MY ORDER EXPEDITED?
Due the the 'hazardous goods' classification of pepper spray and stun guns, it is required by law that they ship by ground only.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your order's tracking number is automatically generated when the shipping label is created. A notification email is automatically sent to you. Most of the time, the email has landed in your spam folder. If not, please reach out to us.
WHAT IF MY ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?
If you have tracked your package, and it shows as delivered in or at the mailbox/porch, the carrier is letting you know the package was too large to fit in the mailbox.
Occasionally, the carrier will attempt to conceal the package if they're unable to leave in your mailbox. We kindly ask that you check the surrounding area, to see if the item was "hidden" upon delivery. This can include hidden in shrubs/bushes, under patio furniture, or behind a fence. If the carrier cannot find a suitable location to leave the package, they will re-attempt the delivery the following day. Please note that It can take up to 2 days before the re-delivery attempt has been made
